i plan on purchasing that book and one by a youtuber called the korean vegan to max out my veg dishes and meat inc dishes to 100% for maximum balance for my meals. no section goes un-improved !!!(read that in the princess poppy voice from that trolls movie with the "now troll left behind"). Also, nice to see another member of the shooky/yoongles appreciation society aka the yoongi cult eating well and thriving ( love the shooky sweater/jumper 10/10).

This is not polished satin, these are the marks of a milling cutter or cutter from a machine to make the surface flatter than just a cast surface, which may not be flat enough (lumps and pits). Additional machining = higher price

the problem with peanut butter is that peanut crops and cotton crops are rotated using the same crop field. However, cotton crops are heavily sprayed with glyphosate and after the cotton is harvested the cotton plants are plowed into the soil as fertilizer for the peanut plants and future cotton plants. Since peanuts grow underground, much of the glyphosate is absorbed into the peanuts themselves which makes ALL peanuts and peanut butter products cautionary! Knowing this I would use readily substitute Tahini (sesame) paste instead of peanut butter....

If you compare a new lodge and a new smooth cast iron skillet you will understand why the smooth ones are the best. They are more expensive but given that they last a lifetime its def worth the investment.

I agree the earthenware pot could produce some unique white rice with the crispy bottom; however for the rest of the recipes you features i feel those could have been easily just cooked with a Dutch oven so given the maintenance, durability (prone to cracking), and prep i think i'd just stick to the Dutch oven for recipes. However, I would get a small clay personal pot just for things like Korean soups and other asian stews
